Located just north-west of the capital city (Port-of-Spain), the suburb of Diego Martin is nestled in a valley surrounded by the lush hills of the Northern Range. 

It was named after a Spanish Explorer, Don Diego Martin and was first settled by French planters in the 1780's.

Today, Diego Martin is a thriving, modern community with easy access to banks, supermarkets, restaurants and shopping malls.

It's subdivisions include such areas as Diamond Vale, Petit Valley, La Puerta, Patna Village and Blue Range, all names which reflect the rich history of this suburb.
